Why we built SupportNav

SupportNav started with a simple moment.

I once sat near an elderly gentleman on a delayed flight. The delay was clearly the airline’s fault. He was frustrated, confused, and resigned. I remember thinking, I do not think he knows how to hold the airline accountable, even though he should be able to.

At the same time, I knew my own reaction would be different. If I am delayed due to an airline issue, my time matters. I want to send a clear message. I want accountability. Sometimes that means compensation. Sometimes it simply means respect.
