SupportNav started with a simple moment.
I once sat near an elderly gentleman on a delayed flight. The delay was clearly the airline’s fault. He was frustrated, confused, and resigned. I remember thinking, I do not think he knows how to hold the airline accountable, even though he should be able to.
At the same time, I knew my own reaction would be different. If I am delayed due to an airline issue, my time matters. I want to send a clear message. I want accountability. Sometimes that means compensation. Sometimes it simply means respect.
The difference between those two experiences should not come down to confidence, age, or familiarity with policies. That gap is what SupportNav is built to close.
