Custom MCP connector

SupportNav in Grok.

Add the public SupportNav endpoint as a custom connector in Grok or a Grok Bot. The tools organize cancellation and delay facts, return cached official references, and prepare a request you can review. They do not submit anything.

Connect in Grok

  1. Open Grok’s connector or custom MCP settings for your account.
  2. Create a connection named SupportNav.
  3. Use this public Streamable HTTP endpoint and select no authentication. SupportNav does not issue an API key.

Review the 13 discovered tools, then start a new conversation. Menu labels vary by Grok surface; if custom MCP is unavailable on the account, stop rather than substituting browser or shell calls.

Grok Bot

To publish a reusable Bot, attach the same remote MCP URL and the airline-advocate skill from the SupportNav plugin package. Recipients still need their own MCP connection; custom server code does not transfer with a template.

Check the connection

After setup, start a new conversation and ask: “Use SupportNav to explain what facts you need for a cancelled flight. Do not prepare a packet yet.” Check that the assistant calls a SupportNav tool and shows its result.

If the tool is unavailable, check account/workspace permissions or use guided website help.

What it covers

US-related cancellations and reviewed delay requests for American, Delta, United and Southwest. Other airline issues get intake and routing, not an entitlement decision. Routine seat changes, check-in, and flight-status lookups belong with the airline.
