Custom MCP connector

SupportNav in Meta Muse.

Muse can add SupportNav as a custom connector. The hosted MCP server is public HTTPS Streamable HTTP. Muse connects from Meta’s cloud, so localhost URLs will not work. SupportNav does not require a login or API key.

Ask Muse to connect

Muse often has no separate “add MCP server” form. Start a new chat and ask it to build a custom connector:

Build a custom connector to SupportNav. It is a hosted MCP server over Streamable HTTP at https://www.supportnav.com/mcp with no authentication. Test the tools, then save the integration as a reusable skill.

If Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector is available on your account, paste the same URL there. Meta does not review custom connectors; read SupportNav’s privacy policy before connecting.

Check the connection

After setup, start a new conversation and ask: “Use SupportNav to explain what facts you need for a cancelled flight. Do not prepare a packet yet.” Check that the assistant calls a SupportNav tool and shows its result.

If the tool is unavailable, check account/workspace permissions or use guided website help.

Directory submission

A Muse platform listing is a separate publisher step. The URLs that form asks for are already live:

Identity verification and the Muse platform form still have to be completed by the publisher. Custom-connector setup does not create a directory listing.

What it covers

US-related cancellations and reviewed delay requests for American, Delta, United and Southwest. SupportNav does not submit complaints, change bookings, or guarantee compensation.
